The one with the spiral staircase...

This was the first home we toured.
It's for sale if you're interested :o)

Built in 1888
Features 3 story walnut staircase leading to cupola, original oak hardwood floors, back service stairs, master suite w/ walk in closet, gas fireplace and sitting area, 9 foot ceilings, 8 foot bay windows, sunroom/breakfast room, granite counter tops in kitchen, hammered copper range hood and all new stainless, etc.
(we took one of the ads)

Hubby smiling like a goofball (he didn't want to be in the picture).

In the sun/breakfast room

As you are going down the back service stairs to the finished basement.

Going up the spiral staircase from the basement.

Going up...

Keep going...

The door to the cupola

Looking down from the top of the staircase.
So neat!

I am thinking that I would like this place for Christmas. Whatcha think?
Wouldn't you just love hosting parties at this place?

Well that's nice. I come back over and see that my last comment is only partially there. To finish it, I would love to have some day.

Anyway, please come on over and pick up an award.

Wow, what a great home! I love the winding staircase. It reminds me of some of the homes we toured in Charleston, SC. Thanks for sharing!

That would be awesome!

In my area a house like that would be 3 if not 4 times that price.

Great photos, I feel like I've been there, too.

Oh my lord, where do you live? That's how much we paid for our stupid contractor-grade everything split foyer on a lot the size of my pinky finger!

Oh my goodness! That's like my husband and mine's dream home! When we were first friends in high school we both bonded over loving old victorian doll houses, and if we could find one now we would buy it!
Just read that you had a blog and looked it up!
